application letterThe new dsr has a serious attitude problem. Had a hard time getting cross border seals and paperwork from him. He goes on a power trip and insists that drivers come into his office to come and get stuff - the office that is open between 9 am and 5 pm - when the drivers are expected to start much earlier and come home much later than that time range to keep the customer appointments. When you go into his office he will take that opportunity to talk down to you or pretend that he is on lunch break - really miserable person. Yes, I take his wife out for dinner once in a while and she has a sleep over too but that does not justify his behavior - very unprofessional.
