Teresa is an excellent Mortgage Broker, very responsive and honest. She will get you the best deal on a mortgage that is available. I have had the pleasure of signing a number of mortgage agreements over last 7 years and she was able to get better rates than I could negotiate at the banks. She has also given me a lot of great advice on how to deal with banks and be equipped with information so that they treat you as someone who is informed and knows what questions to ask. Very highly recommend Teresa's services. Thank you Teresa, you have been great!

I am not one to write a review unless I LOVE or HATE the service and I must say I am super disappointed in this mortgage broker. We started contacting Teresa in April and she was very helpful. Met with us and gave us great advice and we stayed in touch over a few months until we were ready to start the house hunting. I sent her an email and called her multiple times in September as she had told me to get in touch with her mid month. Here we are and its December and I have yet to hear from her or even an apology as to why she couldn't continue helping us. Thankfully we found support and a mortgage elsewhere. I do not recommend for first time home buyers.
