We usually never leave reviews but in this case the service was so exemplary we just had to. From the start of the process we met the Krukoff representative “Steve” . He was extremely knowledgeable, addressed our concerns, and gave us a very professional and detailed quote in a timely manner. We immediately trusted that they could do the job…and we were so right..! When they arrived promptly with their equipment, the team quickly developed a rhythm that was amazing to watch. The synchronization of the team (like clockwork or a ballet) completed the job quickly and flawlessly. They came back 2 weeks later to backfill and plant grass seed. It was beyond expectations…! Now 3weeks later, we have a beautiful driveway and new grass growing..! The office manager “Lisa” was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The office manager was polite, responsive and addressed all of our questions and concerns from beginning to end. They worked with us regarding the timing of the job and arrived on time as promised. The owners were on site and hands-on throughout the entire job. The crew was polite and professional. Their team, speed and coordination, were impressive to watch. In two days, they completed our 800+ foot, steep driveway that had been plagued with irrigation issues.
