Confidence in presentation to the courts, deep knowledge of the law and legal process, and a group who respects to you as a person (not just a client or case #). I’m keeping their card in my back pocket. Ideally no need to use it, but these folks are my first call and first suggestion from now on.

Katina eagerly sought to represent me and then failed to deliver on several promises of action in her representation of me. Katina delivered legal advice that seemed sensible but was poorly-suited to the situation and in some cases co.pletely incorrect. Katina neglected to communicate with me in a timely and effective manner. Katina enabled the counterparty to my case, advised me to throw the case, and was not able to represent me for the duration of the case due to her failures and inability to represent my interests. I cannot recommend Katina for anything other than review for formal discipline.

Katina St.Marie is the best 'courtroom lawyer' I've ever observed in person - and I'm nearly 70 years old and have seen more than my share. Artistic (that's the best word I can think of) combination of (i) believable passion precisely when appropriate, (ii) great attention to detail, (iii) just the right courtroom temperment, and (iv) not losing the 'forest for the trees' - the most important characteristic of all. Best cross-examining I've ever seen, best 'closing statement' I've ever seen. Based on my experience, if you want "the right result," she's your lawyer.
