I’ve always been confident in creating beautiful and user-friendly websites through Squarespace, but when I upgraded to 7.1, things quickly went downhill. I spent countless hours trying to make it work, but it felt like a chaotic mess. Enter Kseniia. Sadly a very disappointing experience. Firstly Kseniia wanted to reschedule after having booked an open slot on her calendar, which was fine. The time comes to have our meeting and she doesn't show. After waiting 10 mins I send her a quick email. I saw she opened it a minute or so later, but no response was sent to explain herself. After the meeting time was over, I sent another follow up email simply to ask if she would like to reschedule, again no response. All I wanted was a simple explanation of what happened but I got completely ghosted instead, no idea why. If I ran my business this way I would not be in business at all. The first rule of business is good communication. Kseniia has none of that, and her blatant lack of respect doesn't go down well either. If you want service, communication, and simple mutual respect, you're not going to find it with Kseniia Krasilich.
