I called Kev this morning through a recommendation, after our front door was continually jamming/hard to lock especially in the colder weather. Kev was out within the time he agreed and arrived full of knowledge and reassurance of exactly what needed doing. Kev was polite, friendly and swift in his repair I feel very happy now our door is secure and fixed. 5* thoroughly recommend and will call out again with any future needs! Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service. I rang him in a blind panic after locking myself out of the house today (Friday at 4:30pm) and he turned up in 10 minutes and got me in the house within 10 minutes. Thank you very much and I will recommend you time and time again.

Huge shout out 🗣 to Kev at KSM Locksmiths. He came to the rescue yesterday at really short notice. I called him Friday morning and he came round that afternoon. I was having trouble locking my door, it had come out of line. It was a bit of a faff to sort but he wasn't prepared to leave it until it was right. He is an absolute star 🌟 I highly recommend him if anyone is having any issues. He gave me great advice on security wise too. Thanks so much Kev! ❤️

Called this morning about an issue with our back door. Kev was absolutely amazing. Nothing is to much for him. He is thorough, professional and extremely hardworking. One of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. Kev has done a few jobs in our home and always completes them to a high standard. Kev is super down to earth and very easy to get along with, which makes the whole experience wonderful! Extremely happy with his work & fixing the issues.
