This review is from an actual patient NOT office staff as we see in so many reviews. Basically, a waste of time and money with both physiotherapists. Their slogan is "We get you moving." To sum up: THEY DIDN'T. I brought in a post surgery MRI to guide an assessment ...but the physiotherapist didn't pay any attention to it. Then why do they charge you for assessments? To make matters worse, the exercises they gave me in some cases were wrong. I.e. a back extension exercise instead of flexion for spinal stenosis! Huh! The last exercise set they gave me, I could hardly get out of bed the next day. I wondered why I was paying a lot of money to suffer. Enough of that nonsense!

Miraculous treatment from Meghan - from being barely able to walk I was able to travel and work easily with just two sessions. Before I visited K-TOWN I was getting worse with physiotherapy. So I now better understand the value of having someone capable and caring at your side. A welcoming, receptive front-desk is always nice - Thanks Michelle.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing clinic! The staff are friendly, professional, and truly care about their patients. My physiotherapist, Scott listened to me and explained everything clearly, tailored the treatment to my needs, and I’ve seen great results

I was referred in by a neighbour. I was told by the clinic that the prices were $115 for the first assessment and then $90 for subsequent visits. So I go and am told I'm in too much pain to be assessed. I'm told not to do anything that causes pain (well, yes), given two very small movements to do, and have an ice pack and electrodes put on me for a few minutes. Then, I'm charged the assessment cost at the door and with no direct billing. This felt off to me, and I was hesitant to book a follow-up appointment. I decided to tell the clinic so they could address it and spoke with who I believe was the first desk person. She was immediately dismissive of my feelings and very firmly told me, with zero interest in my dissatisfaction, that's what we charge if you were here for the full hour (I wasn't). I told her that if someone had of said, if you can't do X, Y and Z yet, then we won't be able to assess you yet so book later, that would have been fair. She said oh, well that's good feedback (it's strange to be told whether your feedback is good or not, especially while you're making the effort to give it). At any rate, I'll be looking elsewhere for a physio. Leaving this message here for the owner so they're aware of the experience above.
