My car looks brand new again! They did a wonderful job repairing the front end of my car, and on the paint job as well. They also washed & vacuumed my car prior to me picking it up. It was in great condition! Caliber took great care of my vehicle and I highly recommend them. It's also very convenient that they're right next door to an Enterprise. There was no need to worry about finding transportation to pick up my rental car after dropping my car off.

From the appointment being made, to the work, and picking up my vehicle, the process was seamless. They did an excellent job with my Chevy Malibu. The customer service was phenomenal. They contacted me right away as Allstate said they would to see when I could bring my car in and explained the process. Paperwork was easy to fill out and communication/ updates along the way were greatly appreciated. Also it was nice they cleaned the car and that it was done so quickly! I'm shocked at the amount of people that rate it low because its appointments only... but it's their policy, you have to remember. Even if you don't like that, a policy is a policy and its theirs. Such a shame to see people giving low ratings that have nothing to do with the quality of work.

I had a frustrating experience with Caliber Collision. This company has poor communication. I felt like I was being scammed. I booked an appointment online, but when I arrived at the shop, the front desk lady couldn't find my information. She assured me she would handle the situation and that someone would call me once the service was completed. The next day, I received two calls asking if I wanted to book an appointment, even though my car was already at their shop. The first caller was surprised to learn that I had booked online, and the second caller put me on hold. When she returned, she sent me a link and asked me to pay in full before they would start the service. I spoke with a manager, but he was not very helpful. At that point, I was frustrated and didn't want to talk to them anymore. My husband picked up the keys, and another client was complaining when he arrived. My suggestion is not to do anything online with them.

Great experience with Caliber Collision. Great customer service. I was informed every step of the way of repairs. Car was finished before the projected date and very satisfied with the work completed.
