Jeremy NichollsI've worked with Kuhn's in the past and they were great. This time I had an alert on my Nest and thought I'd call. They came and in about 30 seconds told me that it was effectively a defect in the Nest software and everything was fine. Shame on me for not troubleshooting more before I called, and I did agree to the service fee prior, but it didn't feel good as the customer to spend $120 to be told nothing was wrong, especially after spending a couple thousand dollars with them a few months ago.
