We found Kunsten online through a local search and went with their services because they were professional and communicative over the phone with our needs. After Rogers left us with a half-completed job and refused to help us with our needs (terminating ethernet ports throughout the house and installing an ethernet switch), Kunsten came through and saved us from weeks of back-and-forth with our ISP. They were not our first call, but certainly our last, as they installed all our wall plates and tested the wired connections, ensuring we would have our needs met in a single house call. Friendly and helpful, I recommend their services to friends, family, and colleagues with specific IT needs.
