Update : The office contacted me and they offered me a free gutter cleaning or they offered me to come back another day. I really appreciate that. Things happen I understand. Seeing the company taking responsibility of it is a great gesture which makes me feel confident to go with them again. I am updating the review from 2 to 3 for that reason, hope it is fair. Thanks. Original review: They did not meet my expectations. I had to call them back as they did not flush water through the gutter on the back of the home. I can’t believe someone can miss it especially when there are two people. But I appreciate they coming back and doing it. They did not cleanup the ground after the job. The shingle granules were lying on the floor in multiple places. Their blower was not working and they just silently skipped that part. I would appreciate if they let me know if they are skipping it. Overall I am not sure if they have really cleaned the parts which I cannot see. When I called the office to pay, the lady did not show any concern if the work was done correctly. She was like ‘oh that was some communication gap probably’ . Now I doubt if those reviews are real.

My experience with Kustom Gutters was one of the best I’ve had. The owner came out to my house to give me a free estimate and he gave me an incredible price. He made sure I understood what I was getting and he also gave me important notes to check on when comparing with other gutter companies. After the guys came out for the installation it went super fast and the workmanship was top tier. I’d recommend them to everyone in need of gutters.

Gave them five stars because six was not an option. Where to begin? They were a referral from a neighbor and looking at his house. I felt we were in good hands. The estimator was there on time. He was polite, courteous, and gave us a clear detailed estimate with sketches, price and options. He answered all of our questions and gave us a good feeling about the company from the beginning. The installation crew was awesome. They were there on time worked quietly and efficiently. Got the job done quickly and left nothing but a couple of footprints to know they were ever there. Except for the awesome looking gutters. They match the color scheme on our house. They are well installed quality work and quality product. I highly recommend these folks.

The Kustom Gutters staff arrived on time and very promptly assessed what needed to be done and explained the repairs. They were very professional and courteous. I was very pleased with their attention to detail and appreciated that they blew the debris from the storm on our roof before installing the new gutters. I highly recommend Kustom Gutters for their service and service after the sale.
