Madisyn and her whole team were probably one of our best investments (and lifesavers) for our wedding. Her team brings their expertise and experience to make sure we didn't have to worry about the small things on the wedding day. They made sure we stayed on schedule and that everything was running smoothly. Even when we requested to keep our rooftop ceremony on the windiest day in Philly, they ran with it and made it happen. We had the best day of our lives, all thanks to them. And a plus that her entire team were so friendly. Thank you for everything, Madisyn & team!

From the moment we decided to have a wedding, we were quickly overwhelmed. There’s so much to learn, decide, and do! After looking around for a bit, we settled on a partial planning package with Madisyn & Kutcher Events. It was the best decision we could’ve made. Madisyn worked with us to curate the theme, then expertly drew on her industry experience to find vendors that worked within our budget. Because she worked with the Michener Museum before, she was able to easily adjust our seating plans down when guests couldn’t make it. Leading up to the day Madisyn handled all vendor communication and coordination so that we did not have to worry about any logistical details. Even more so, on the big day, her and her team were cool, calm, and collected. Special shoutout to Julie who helped herd my wayward and untimely groomsmen to the museum on a tight schedule. Book Madisyn and Kutcher Events and don’t look back. I’ll definitely be keeping her in mind for our 10 year vow renewal ;).

Madisyn and her team were exceptional. It was immediately clear to us, from the initial consult, that Madisyn has the know-how and experience to know what issues to focus on and prepare for even before you do; she's been there a million times and it shows. We were initially on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator due to the price, and we were skeptical about how much value a planner would add. Madisyn absolutely shattered that supposition - she made crucial changes to our timeline; spotted issues we never would have spotted; handled all vendor communications; and took care of urgent day-of issues we didn't anticipate so we could relax and enjoy the day. And she's just a downright cool person and a joy to work with, all while being professional and buttoned up. What a great investment. Five stars!

Madisyn of Pampas & Poppy is truly the professional that we needed to shepherd us through the process of re-planning our wedding, which had to completely change due to Covid. We initially were planning for a larger event in upstate NY, which we had to cancel. We decided to get married anyway, even if it meant eating cold pizza on our front stoop with only our parents there. When I initially met with Madisyn, in June 2020, she asked me about my vision for the wedding. I said something super optimistic like "we get married and no one dies." She very passionately told me that it didn't matter what the constraints are, we were going to figure out how to have a beautiful wedding. I think that attitude will continue to serve Madisyn, and her future clients, extremely well - even after the pandemic is a distant memory. As a planner and an event designer, she was thoughtful, knowledgeable, capable and compassionate. She had great ideas to save us money, and she made the process so much fun, which I thought was simply impossible due to the circumstances of, well, the entire year 2020. Her design couldn't have turned out more beautiful and the wedding day went perfectly, including the zoom element that no one had done before! Along the way, she handled some difficult personalities with grace, professionalism and kindness. Our wedding turned out to be joyful, beautiful and so much fun. Oh, and no one spread Covid as a result of our wedding, hurray! Of course, getting married to the most amazing human that has ever existed was the greatest blessing in my life, and the brightest spot of this difficult year. Meeting and working with Madisyn was another great thing to happen in 2020.
