We did not have a good experience with this company. Water pump kept leaking inspite of them trying to fix it 4 times. They are giving excuses of water pressure being high and then also recommending permanently removing a valve which is essential to its working. Basically found them incompetent and would not recommend them for jobs involving water pump or drainage cleaning. We did not get our money back either. Now, we engaged another company to do it. Waste of time and money!

I had an ac compressor replaced by them in May the same compressor failed in November 6 months later. I was told there is NO WARRANTY on their work or parts. Please beware of companies who give no warranty on their work.

We had a power outage due to the recent rainstorm. A company in the neighborhood servicing was brought in and thought to have fixed the problem. But it only lasted a few hours then out of power again. Then I saw Home Talents leaflet on my fridge so we gave it a try. The floods sealed off many roads and neighbourhoods and our community was no exception to become unreachable by many servicing companies who are not equipped with right vehicles, let alone that many of them had to deal with an overwhelming number of service callouts. But Home Talents made it easy and fast - communicative via WhatsApp by real human (no lost in translation, no waiting in calling, no multiple choices). We got positive response right away and they did show up at our door within the said timeframe! (And they did manage driving through the floods!) They also did a more thorough investigation into the electrical problem, were able to explain it to us, and worked hard and managed to solve the problem as quickly as they could (that includes provided us a quote right away, drove away for parts purchase and back the same day hence stayed till late till they fixed the problem including the root cause). Also impressed with their after service, they delivered a professional technical report so we could make insurance claim smoothly. Well done guys!
