I received a full periodontal exam, and it was far more detailed than any dental check-up I’ve had in the past. The team made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I have been very pleased with the level of attention, care, and comfort at Dentistry in Waterloo. I switched to their office around 2017-18 and was glad I switched. Dr Yu’s gentle manner, and very pleasant “chair side care” reminds me of my childhood dentist, where I feel very safe, and well attended to. In my twenties I had a crappy dentist and started a touch of anxiety in the chair. I don’t experience that too much anymore since I found this office. Dr Yu listens attentively, is very patient, makes you feel very at ease, and has great attention to detail. The staff are all very pleasant, and caring as well. I fully recommend this dental office to others looking.
