I would love to make this review short but that would be impossible. From the moment I called the Rand Spear office with my case I was treated with respect and like a person who was going through a life changing situation. For eight plus months my life was flipped upside down, having to see doctors for injuries and losing my job. Anytime I got a call from the Rand Spear office about my case , any concerns or questions I had had been promptly answered and if they didn’t have an answer I was directed towards someone who did. They won my case and got me as promised “Top Dollar”,which is a life changing amount of money for me. I couldn’t say more kinder words about how I was treated by the company that is the Rand Spear firm , the paralegals who called me to update me on my case and direct to others who could help, to Mike Spear who personally called me to advise on the best next steps. Even to Pat Swann who literally just handed me my check and answered all of my last minute questions. If emojis were considered professional this review would be filled with smiley faces and a few crying emojis. This office has made the last eight plus months of what should have been considered difficult , easy. I am nothing but thankful for there professionalism and swift completion of my case. I hope I never have to go through this again but I am so glad I choose the Rand Spear firm to guide me through it.

Wow just Wow!!! I have never had the pleasure of being represented by an attorney like that of Nick Maraini. We've talked over the phone numerous times but until today at arbitration never met in person.
