I recently visited Kwik Fit after receiving a warning light on my car following a full service two weeks prior. When I called, they fit me in within half an hour. Although the staff explained the issue, I still felt uncertain and anxious about it. That’s when Adam, the area manager, stepped in. Despite facing a family emergency, he noticed my distress and took time to reassure me about the problem before he left. His genuine empathy and initiative to support me, even though he wasn’t assigned to serve me, made me feel confident and cared for. His outstanding customer service truly deserves recognition. I called the Kwik Fit phone number with a punctured tyre issue. The call-handler was very knowledgeable about my issue and recommended a nearby Kwik Fit garage. She transferred my call immediately where I spoke with another call handler who booked me in straight away. I took my car along and they fixed my issue within twenty minutes and even called me to let me know my car was ready for collection. This gave me great peace of mind and all at a very reasonable rate for a top quality service. I can't recommend you highly enough and thank you so much. I'm telling everyone how great you are. Thank you.

This was my first and last time at Kwik Fit. I booked an appointment to change the tyres on my Jaguar, but the service was very poor. The man who attended me had a rude attitude and made me feel really uncomfortable. His body language felt aggressive and unwelcoming, so I decided to cancel my booking and leave. I would rather pay more for a professional service where I’m treated with respect, which is why I will be going back to the Jaguar service centre, where I always receive outstanding customer service. As a woman, I would not recommend coming here alone, as the experience made me feel dismissed and spoken to in a very unpleasant way.

Top lads working here, visited last minute during closing time due to tyre puncture. Tyre was not holding air for me to get home, I quickly pulled in side and asked if they could fit me in. Knowing it was 20 mins to closing time, the manager (I assume) on site quickly assisted and said they will have look. One of the lads said tyre was non repairable. The manager checked if they had any, unfortunately my Tyre size is not readily stocked as it is not regular size (I did not expect them to stock as i normally order online). They swapped over the spare and said off you go, no charge! I would have paid if I had to for the service. Top blokes would definitely recommend, managed to get back in time before I got the bollocking from the misus :)
