Had a great experience. I noticed this morning that one of my tyres had a nail stuck in it so I took my car to Kwik Fit and Jon was very helpful. He was happy to take my car in and fitted a new tyre within a couple of hours. The staff also noticed a big cut in one of my other tyres which they were happy to replace. It was all done at a really reasonable cost and I was given plenty of time to collect my car after. Would really recommend
Friendly, efficient staff. They let me know exactly what the issue was, what they would do about it, how long it would take and then confirmed it all after it had been done. Brilliant. I felt safe and confident in their expertise and professionalism.
Consistency in high level of service and customer satisfaction . The staff always listened to us , explained clearly the diagnostics and resolved our car problems promptly .
