I would never go back to this place again—absolutely no customer service or professionalism. I took my car in for wheel balancing, and they managed to snap the locking nut key inside the locking nut, then blamed it on whoever tightened it last. Funny thing is, I tightened it myself just a few days ago using a torque wrench and followed BMW’s specifications. Their response? They told me to go “somewhere around the corner” to get it sorted out. To make matters worse, they’d already removed one of the locking nuts from another wheel before snapping the key, but couldn’t even put it back. I asked for a replacement bolt, but apparently, they don’t keep any spare bolts. Unbelievable. Here’s a tip for their mechanics: don’t use an air gun to loosen bolts while the car is on a lift. Loosen them slightly while the car is still on the ground, then remove them once it’s on the ramp. I wouldn’t trust them with my car again, and anyone who values their vehicle shouldn’t either.

Gave them a call and got booked in same day. Good efficient service. They even put the spare temporary wheel along with fittings back in place.

I have had a bad experience with an other kwikfit so had to think twice about using kwikfit crawley and to be very honest, i have used them for the past 3 years for all the cars in my house hold and service has been very good, from booked tyre replacements to punchers and on the day services to wheel alignment - could not ask for more.
