In many years with a few cars in the past we were using kwik fit and always was very pleased with the way the service is running. This time I needed MOT. I’ve tried to made a booking online , the system that choose itself location and I could not find any appointment sooner then 2-3 weeks. Turning to kwik fit was a great move! They have offered me MOT in less than a week. They are always busy but they have staff and it looks they care and simply trying to help! We had another car as well, our Motability car just about 6 weeks ago in the service. When our tyre had puncture. Not only we received a great service, but I have to mention that we have received an appointment in two hours! You can’t get this kind off service in Eastbourne elsewhere! Fantastic and professional service. Very polite customer service. We are already returning customers and will be back in the future. Thank you once again

Went to this Kwikfit on Sunday 2nd Feb after getting a nail in my tyre. A young lady repaired it for me (sorry I don’t know your name). Had to wait an hour as they were busy, but all the staff were friendly and polite. I didn’t mind waiting at all as I was so pleased that you were able to do it on a Sunday. Fantastic service. Came in with a flat tyre. The manager was very helpful and sorted my car within an hour. Was in eastbourne on holiday due to return the next day. Really appreciate Swift Service and having great stock levels. Tried 4 local garages with no luck, Kwik Fit to the rescue. 5 star service
