Kwik Fit - Kingston Upon Thames

I had an mot booked in at 8.20. turned up before 8am to find no one was there and garage doors locked. waited until 9.20 still no one turned up. then as I was leaving Duncan (scottish guy) turned up, I told him I had been waiting for more than an hour in the cold. he told me he couldn't do anything and they were fully booked, without even looking at the bookings for the day. no apology, no effort to try and make good he was rude and aggressive and basically told me to get lost. is this how you run a business and how you treat customers? never never again. I made quite a trip costing me time and a ulez charge to turn up for a pre booked mot (which was actually booked by Duncan earlier in the week). total waste of my time. AVOID, particularly Duncan who has a nasty attitude and looks like hes on something.

Very friendly staff, made me feel very comfortable and they worked in a very professional manor, couldn't recommend them enough.

A very good experience. Came in to get my breaks changed. Got a good price, and the work was done quickly. The mechanics are experienced and explained what they were going to do. Both guys were polite and helpful. I will definitely come back when I need a mechanic.
