KY Epoxy Flooring

Contacted Jimmy at KY Epoxy Flooring about my garage floor about 2 years ago. We ended up agreeing on pricing and the date was set. Guys came out early one morning and got started. My flooring was done in less than a full day and I was thrilled. Honestly it looks amazing. We were installing cabinets a few days later and we needed to remove some baseboard. When removed the baseboard we found that the epoxy wasn’t adhering good to the concrete near the baseboard. I contacted Jimmy and he acted like he would look at it. I tried calling and texting again after he decided not to hold to his word. Surprise, NO REPLY!😂 A little over a year later I noticed some peeling around one of my floor drains so I tried contacting Jimmy again. Still no return call or text but it shows he has read my message. Honestly I love the look of my flooring but once he got my money it doesn’t seem like he is interested in standing by his work. This is just my experience after around 2 years of having the work done. It might be different with some of his other customers. I would give 1 star because I’m worried about the rest of my flooring not being properly installed and Jimmy has failed to keep his word but I gave it 2 stars because I like the way it looks. **I’m willing to change my review and rating if Jimmy contacts me and my issues are resolved. It’s in his hands at this point if he’s willing to take care of things.

I had Ky Epoxy come and do my basement and I had no problem with the waiting but it changed quickly in to a disaster. The Epoxy had some bubbles in it they said not a problem. It was a problem caused the patches for the bubbles looked horrible and then the clear coat would not bond with the patches. For some reason they did tell me it was a new product the is a all in one color&sealer that they have not used much of. Then try rerolled my entire floor with not just one clear coat but 2 different types that just beaded up into droplets eash time looking like water drops across the whole floor then they said that they have doen everything they cold its my concrete not letting it bond which is a LIE because the color epoxy looks amazing under the top coats. we have went back and forth with no fix in site I have loads of pictures and videos of the hole thing 100% dissatisfied and disappointed would not recommend

Great business, great people. I own a Doggie day care, Boarding and Grooming facility KY Epoxy just did our area for our aml dogs abd we love it. Employees are great abd respectful, they did a great job, price wise best around we had several estimates they were by far the best pricing. Now we getting ready to do lrg dog area we cant wait to see the results.. tky KY Epoxy
