The bitchiness of delivery people is just not needed. You pay IKEA $200 for home delivery so it's not like it's cheap (if it was maybe then the attitude could be tolerated). I was having 23 pieces delivered (I know it was 23 because I heard them bitching about how it was 23 pieces). I asked, because I'm having the livingroom painted, if they could put them around the corner in the dining room. And when I said is that OK? The guy snarkily responsed that he guessed it was going to have to be. So I said that was fine and I would do it myself. So I met them at the door and carried every piece, but one, the 12 feet where I needed it. Also, had they brought them into the livingroom it would have been the exact same distance and also involved turning a corner so this wasn't a huge ask in my mind. Or did they think they were delivering to the doorway of the house only? If that's common practice, it's terrible. They parked at the end of the driveway instead of backing up to the house so I'm sure the distance was the issue but that's their own fault. I'm sure many movers hate their jobs but it's not the customers fault that is their chosen profession. (The second guy was fine, he did almost all of the hauling and brought the one extra heavy piece in for me).

This company right here deserves a 10 star Google rating not just five. We just hired them this week to do a commercial move of some extremely heavy items and the entire crew that showed up was strong resilient and very easy to work with very great people. Clear communication extremely organized very well packed and also can't forget that any items that were more delicate were wrapped properly with moving blankets. Kyle himself is exceptionally amazing to deal with and I would highly recommend this company to absolutely anybody that asks for a move whether it be commercial or residential. I hope that this review helps anybody that's on the fence about what company to use.

Used Kyle’s to do a full house move. Fantastic experience altogether. We had difficultly even getting other moving companies to respond to us. The 3 movers they sent were fast and efficient and most importantly extremely polite. They accommodated all our little requests and asked multiple times if there was anything more they could do for us at both locations. Worth every penny and would recommend to anyone moving!
