The ambiance, with its pink-themed decor, is delightful and particularly appealing to girls. The ice creams and shakes are excellent, offering great flavors and quality. However, the burgers and fries fall short in comparison. The burgers are made with standard buns that don't hold up well with the patty, affecting the overall experience. To enhance quality, I recommend upgrading to sturdier burger buns for better taste and texture.

I recently visited Cafe Luna, which just opened on Mission Street in Pondicherry, and I must say, it’s an absolute gem! The ambiance is fantastic – a perfect blend of cozy and artistic, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy your meal. The food is simply outstanding! The burgers are juicy and flavorful, and the fried chicken is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside – absolutely delicious. I also tried the Kunafa for the first time, and it was amazing! A perfect mix of sweetness and texture. Definitely a must-visit for anyone in the area. Highly recommend!

A photogenic cafe for sure! We had * Veg wrap * Korean chicken wrap * Tandoori panner wrap * Zinger burger (Wraps and burgers tasted good) * Classic chicken bucket ( Most of the pieces were half cooked and chicken popcorn was not there) * Double chocolate Brownie was too good. The prices were okayish only Staffs were little anxious, something was bothering them. They were very much stressed about completing the order. They need more training to work under pressure maybe. Most dishes I asked for was not available that day And there is a more need for improvement.

This new Mercelys ice cream Shop at Mission Street was lovely. Loved the ice cream as well the ambience. Friendly service too. This is definitely gona be our hangout place often.
