Lou BJ'ai fait appel à ce serrurier pour un problème de porte, et je suis vraiment satisfait du service. Non seulement il est arrivé très rapidement, mais il a également été extrêmement sympathique tout au long de l'intervention. Le travail a été fait rapidement et de manière professionnelle. Je recommande vivement ce serrurier pour son efficacité, sa gentillesse et ses tarifs.
BIZEL ClémentineA fuir. Pas fiable, vol de télécommande d'une valeur de 150€. Pour une intervention nécessitant un changement de résistance d'un radiateur Acova : n'a pas pris en compte mes instructions (besoin de commander la pièce pour changer la résistance) et s'est déplacé sur place pour aller voir (alors que ce n'était pas nécessaire) en avril 2024. Part avec la télécommande pour soit disant commander la résistance (la référence est sur le radiateur et non sur la télécommande). Suite à mes nombreux appels pour qu'il restitue la télécommande et connaitre le devis de réparation, me dit qu'il n'est pas compétent pour changer la résistance. Puis au moment de devoir déposer la télécommande, se fait soit disant voler sa camionnette. A donc volé la télécommande de mon radiateur sans jamais me rembourser malgré ce qu'il disait au téléphone suite à mes multiples relances depuis avril 2024. Nous sommes en septembre 2024, aucune trace ni de la télécommande, ni du remboursement pourtant promis. Suite à un dépôt de plainte, disait me rembourser ou me remettre la télécommande au premier octobre. Nous sommes le 10, toujours rien. Il ne me reste plus qu’à saisir le tribunal de commerce. Escroquerie.
