Le client ne peut pas se permettre dâarriver avec 5 min de retard exceptionnellement en revanche nous faire attendre +de 15 min parfois est tolĂ©rĂ© ? Je pense que vous devriez sĂ©rieusement revoir votre accueil client. Et votre organisation des rdv en passant au lieu de surbooker vos practiciennes. Choquant. ExtrĂȘmement déçue.

Cela montre un manque de professionnalisme et dâorganisation.
