Came into the store to do a return. I had come in the previous day to pick up my order that I placed online. I was explaining how I was having a hard time finding the right fit but the ladies at the counter just pointed me in the direction of where the item was and did not even offer to try to assist me. 3 ladies behind the counter and no help was offered. I was refunded my money in less than 3 mins of walking into the store. For some reason, I was given dirty looks and it seemed like they were more interested in chatting among themselves. Went online and placed my new order online instead!

Have been using the pet wash area for sometime. Cost is same but available product is less. They no longer provide conditioner so you have buy and bring your own which adds to the cost. Not impressed. Off to find a new pet washing place!

There is always someone there to help and answer questions . For some items, their prices might be a little higher than other places, but the quality is good. Also, look out for sales on their online app or in stores. Great customer service, friendly, and they have a reward system.
