After a previous salon mishap, they worked their magic to restore my hair, get me that perfect color without causing any further damage. I’ve had multiple negative experiences with Dina, and I feel compelled to share them. She has been consistently rude and arrogant. On several occasions, she yelled at me for issues that were her own mistakes—like giving me the wrong hair color, then fixing it only after realizing the ends didn’t match. During one visit, she actually yelled at me in the middle of a haircut. On another, she gave my mom a very choppy, uneven haircut that looked rushed and careless. The final straw was my last visit—she didn’t greet me, had a clear attitude, and gave me jagged, uneven bangs that looked unprofessional. Dina lacks both customer service skills and basic courtesy. She behaves as though she runs the salon, but her work and attitude say otherwise. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend anyone else does either.

We came to this salon today for my mother and we had the best experience ever. Silvia was so kind and gentile very caring. Silvia listened to my mothers request and vision and she made it come true. She shared great tips and tricks for great styles and healthy hair. Silvia was very knowledgeable and great techniques and skills. She did exactly what my mother requested & least to say at a very affordable price. If you want great quality, care and good price I absolutely recommend Beauty Addix.
