Absolutely love Beauty Addix! The service here is consistently great, and the staff are warm, professional, and talented. I’ve been coming for years, and I am always impressed when I go to do my eyebrows, waxing, or even when I get a manicure/pedicure. I would definitely recommend Beauty Addix to anyone looking for reliable and excellent salon and spa services. The team there is great, and they truly care about their customers.

I had an incredible experience today getting my hair done by these talented ladies! After a previous salon mishap, they worked their magic to restore my hair, get me that perfect color without causing any further damage. I’ve had multiple negative experiences with Dina, and I feel compelled to share them. She has been consistently rude and arrogant. On several occasions, she yelled at me for issues that were her own mistakes—like giving me the wrong hair color, then fixing it only after realizing the ends didn’t match. During one visit, she actually yelled at me in the middle of a haircut. On another, she gave my mom a very choppy, uneven haircut that looked rushed and careless. The final straw was my last visit—she didn’t greet me, had a clear attitude, and gave me jagged, uneven bangs that looked unprofessional. Dina lacks both customer service skills and basic courtesy. She behaves as though she runs the salon, but her work and attitude say otherwise. I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend anyone else does either.
