These attorneys are the greatest lawyers I have ever had the pleasure of of dealing with. They always returned my calls. They also always arrainged my rides to my many doctors that I had to go to for the year that my femur was broken. And of course they got me a huge settlement when that year was over. Not once did I ever feel alone or abandoned by them. They even came to my home when I was released from the hospital so we could sign the necessary paperwork. So to be completely transparent, my family was involved in a car accident in San Diego California, this was back in 2021 we are now in 2025 and we still are struggling trying to figure out where we are at in the process of them receiving their checks. They were completely rear ended by another vehicle. We spoke with multiple people on the case who keep giving us the run around. They said my husband is waiting on a response from the VA it’s been almost 4 years now, and you’re telling us you still haven’t heard back from the VA. So what are you guys doing? Just called for another update this morning and still no update. I’m not sure if this company can handle larger cases. But this is ridiculous and I would not recommend this law firm to anyone who’s dealing with a big car accident. They take their time, don’t communicate properly, you usually end up talking to someone at their front desk who takes a note rather than your actual attorney. I didn’t want to leave a review but at this point I wouldn’t want anyone else dealing with this type of behavior when there are soo many other firms to chose from. Hopefully they get this right and I can come back with an updated review. But as of now we are truly disappointed with this company and their service. Never had an case take this long, it’s not like we’re expecting 1 million dollars, but I myself was in an accident back in 2022 and my case was closed in 2024. And this company is still struggling to communicate we we are even at in the process after almost 4 years. Completely just waste of time. We know better for next time. Do as you please but I would recommend finding a better law office.
