I was on a solo road trip in July 2025 and had been looking for a basic hotel in Illinois to stay at on the Wednesday night as I was starting my journey. I found this Super 8, and it was a perfect location off the Interstate for what I needed.||I arrived at around 10 or 11 p.m. It was quiet, and I was able to get checked in pretty easily. The front-desk attendant who checked me in was friendly and helpful. My room (#111) was clean and comfortable... no issues at all. I got a decent night's sleep and was on the road by 7 a.m. A basic breakfast was available here, but I opted to have breakfast elsewhere.||Altogether, I had a decent stay here. It was basic but was exactly what I needed for the night. Decent value overall.

The stay was great. Check in was so easy and the front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well stalked. We enjoyed our stay and will be back here while in the area.

The location is great if you are traveling down route 66 and need a place to stop. Price was great as we were just staying the night. The room was clean, but it still has carpet that most hotels are changing to vinyl. Breakfast is more of a grab and go affair. Breakfast bars, cereal, and what looked like eggo waffles. For a place to rest your head for the night, this place works great.

I stayed at super 8 in Dwight last night, and had a great experience! Good spot near the Chicago airport and to come back to st louis. I appreciate the hospitality and that the host was able to being flexible with my room that was smoking and he gave me a non smoking for a little extra money. Rooms super clean everything worked perfectly! I recommend this stay!
