If I was able to give a review with a zero star rating, I would. This stores message is all about uplifting women, when it seems that isn’t what is upheld in store. Whenever I’ve shopped here I’ve thought this may be a nice place to work one day. I was shopping recently and heard what sounded like a manager belittling a staff member. I was in the corner where lingerie is and I heard yelling coming from the back area of the change rooms. This is not the first time I’ve come in and experienced this hostile atmosphere while shopping. I will not be coming back. My business will be going to a place that actually treats their employees with a standard of respect

Always have great service here. Yesterday I had a particularly lovely experience shopping, with two different staff members going above and beyond to make me feel seen and taken care of. Katie was a literal angel, giving words of encouragement and affirmation about the items I was trying on, and had some really nice conversations. I also chatted with another member of staff whose name I didn't catch at check out about our birthdays and both being November Scorpios and she was so sweet and friendly. These interactions might seem small, but it was truly touching to me and I think women empowering women in a space like this is soo meaningful and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you girlies for being you, you're doing so amazing! -Bridget :)

Was there last week and just wanted to say that your staff are fantastic. The service here is incredible. Everyone was friendly and patient and helpful. I had my little one with me and she was being terrible 2, they were great with her while finding me multiple bras to try on. We left my LO water bottle by mistake and they found it and put it aside for pick up later. Well done, would recommend this location to anyone

When I went there with my sister they constantly asked every five minutes if we needed help. I wasn’t even able to ask my sister her thoughts on which items looked better without getting interrupted. When I picked up a bra to look at it the worker immediately asked if I wanted her to take it to the front. I wasn’t even able to decide what I wanted or if I found the bra appealing in that amount of time before getting harassed. Workers followed us through the whole store as if we were stealing constantly nagging. Absolutely outrageous. I’ve never been to the store and had this happen in the past. I don’t come to get harassed. I spent $180 and bought everything I had. Workers need a reality call and some manners not to social judge and suspect random people of stealing as they enter The door. Horrible I’ve worked in retail and it’s always taught never assume by class or race if someone is stealing only if you Catch them then you constantly question them to show them you’re mirroring them. Absolutely disgusting to let that treatment From the moment you walk in.
