She was brilliant at taking my scribbles and ideas and turning them into a stunning ring that I’m so delighted with, it came out better than my wildest imaginations. They even 3D scanned my engagement ring to make sure the band would compliment it perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough and would urge anyone to visit their shop!

She is truly skilled at what she does and made the entire experience seamless. I even had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Shant, who was incredibly kind and understanding. When the initial price turned out to be a bit more than I could afford, he personally worked with me to find a solution. The craftsmanship was flawless, and the customer service was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever experienced. They worked with me and my daughters to make the ring exactly what I imagined. They were helpful, professional and created something beautiful. They checked with me all along the way and really worked to make it what I wanted. The finished product is perfect.

They clean it whenever I bring it by for free. It always looks brand new after a cleaning. They even cleaned my wedding band for free even though it’s not one of their rings.
