Labadies Upscale Patio Furniture & Accessories

I bought a patio table chair and umbrella set floor model for $2300 and 2 months later as i was opening the umbrella- it snapped! The umbrella frame busted at the bolt connection. They claimed it was wind damage, when I argued it occurred while I was opening it- The mngt solution was for ME to purchase a new umbrella also pay shipping OR to pay the cost of the repair. I declined and filed complaint w bbb- he became even more rude. Will never go back to this outrageously overpriced store for cheaply made merchandise again. Mngt is rude and offers no compassion to the customer. They could use a course in customer service!

They have 2 locations. Location on west rd the girl was unfriendly, no help all she acted like I was bothering her. They have another location that was not to far away which has beautiful merchandise Stephanie and James were very helpful. The girl at the West Rd location was completely awful she couldn't push us out fast enough. Would have been 5 stars if I hadn't went to west rd location first.

If quality outdoor furniture is your quest… this is the best place we’ve found. It is most definitely a journey, and perhaps being hard to find is part of the magic? If you’re on a dirt road wondering if you should’ve turned left in Albuquerque… you’re almost there. They have a wide selection of nice outdoor furniture in a relaxed environment. Definitely worth the drive.
