We knew that choosing Lacey meant we would be receiving quality craftsmanship, but the entire experience exceeded all of our expectations. Right from the very first walk through with Simon, to the last day of Nitz tying up the final pieces - it was an absolutely brilliant execution on their part. We renovated a 60 year old farmhouse, so I was prepared for any number of hiccups. If there were any- I didn’t hear about them. Which I realized after - is exactly why you hire someone else to do a job like this. 😝 The communication was consistently prompt and clear. We always knew who would be on site and when. The trades people were all friendly and punctual. Kevin and Nicole did excellent work with the entire electrical system. The final invoice reflected exactly what we were quoted. No hidden fees or surprise costs. The finished product looks amazing and we are so happy with our gorgeous new space. Thank you!!

Lacey Construction built us a beautiful home last year and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, and level of service we received right from the admin / permits / communications through to final build details, liaising with other vendors and trades. We used Lacey to repair/replace the subfloor on our entire upper level, and to do a complete kitchen renovation.  Our experience was fantastic from start to finish.  Simon's initial estimate for cost and timeline of the project was very accurate.  There were no surprises or changes along the way (aside from the ones we wanted to make).  The whole crew was very professional and considerate - we were always kept informed of what the next step would be and when to expect (or not expect) someone to be in the house.  The quality of workmanship was also very high throughout the project.  We've had our new upstairs for almost 3 months now and we honestly wouldn't change a single thing.
