Any appointments were sent to me for approval and they sent me back confirmations by email on each showing. All showings were on-time with at least one agent present to facilitate the showings. The listing agent took plenty of pictures with drone and high quality digital camera shots of my property. Truly amazing pictures to see your home listed with the Laframboise Real Estate Team. There is indeed quite a lot of paperwork involved but Matt stepped me through all it with his expertise. Every-time I called up this Laframboise Real Estate office and his secretary answered, she responded with kindness, concern and resolution to my concerns. I am 72 now and this is one of the biggest events of my life. You put a tremendous amount of trust in the Laframboise Real Estate Team and they all meet the mark. Yes, 5% commission may seem like a lot of money, but for the huge amount of work you see them do, is well worth your investment. For me, I am moving into an apartment village. At that end, there is more details to worry about. It is assuring to know that Matt and his team are working their hardest to take care of your home sale, on their end. My daughter, dealt with Matt a few times with home sales and always spoke highly of his abilities as a real estate salesman. I trusted her and I trusted Matt and his team.
