Susan KIch war am 27.12. im Studio und habe mir meine Nägel machen lassen. Leider sind innerhalb von nur zwei Wochen 4 Nägel abgefallen, was sehr enttäuschend ist. So etwas sollte bei einer professionellen Behandlung nicht passieren. Der Service war freundlich, jedoch wurde mir keine Lösung angeboten. Der Herr, mit dem ich gesprochen habe, meinte, dass es nicht unter die Garantie fällt, was ich nicht nachvollziehen kann. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung und der fehlenden Kulanz muss ich leider sagen, dass ich als Kunde verloren gegangen bin. Ich werde in Zukunft ein anderes Studio wählen.
Juliette has a GunSeit ich dieses Studio vor drei Jahren für mich entdeckt habe, komme ich regelmäßig hierher. Die Dienstleistungen werden auf einem sehr hohen Niveau erbracht, die Mitarbeiterinnen und die Chefin sind immer sehr zuvorkommend und auf alle Details achtend und auch das Drum-Herum stimmt absolut - vom Empfang über die Räumlichkeiten bis hin zu den Getränken, die sehr freundlich und gratis serviert werden. Großes Lob und Dankeschön, ich komme gerne und immer wieder!
M BIch bin sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und offen. Bei der Kosmetikanwendung wird einem jeder Schritt erklärt. Es ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. 😇
