Lakeland Custom Homes just completed our beautiful Legacy home on Lake Texoma. This business is owned by our youngest son Nickolas (Nick) Zuckerbrow. When the decision was made to tear down our home that had been there for over 30 years, he was with us at every step. His architect, suppliers, designers, subs & many other folks were all in tune to turn out a true masterpiece. Another beautiful project by Lakeland Custom Homes! Nick and his team work so efficiently and delivered quality work and beautiful finishes to our primary bathroom. From the very beginning stages of the project to the very end/touch ups, Nick and his team are all in. We worked with a designer from Nick's team to help us bring our needs and design choices to life. From there, Nick took over all the organization of crews, schedules, check ins, etc. He gave us a projected timeline of 6-8 weeks for completion and we were moved back in to our space by the end of week 7 with just a few touch ups completed that week and the beginning of week 8. In addition to the bathroom, Nick's team replaced our bedroom flooring with hand scraped hardwoods and repainted our walls. A nice refresh to our room to go with the beautiful bathroom! A few things that stood out for us during the construction process: Nick's crews were extremely respectful of our family and our home as they worked. Nick checked in daily in person at the beginning construction stage when big decisions needed to be made and then every few days in person as the process continued. He checked in via text almost daily and if we reached out to him he responded within an hour, usually within minutes, of our text. Excellent communication! We have, and will continue to recommend Lakeland Custom Homes to anyone wishing to make a change to their home.
