Lakeshore consistently struggles with timeliness, integrity, and follow-through. Communication is extremely slow, as responses often take a week or longer, and only after repeated follow-ups. They provide inaccurate or incomplete information about their listings, do not perform adequate due diligence, and create confusion around fees. We viewed a home that did not match the information on the listing. Commitments made are later denied or passed off to others without resolution, leaving tenants and homeowners with little recourse. Overall, the focus seems less on supporting clients and more on extracting fees and making money off both parties. Both prospective tenants and property owners should be avoid entirely. Learn from my mistakes.

Which makes paying the deposit, fees, rent and managing maintenance requests super simple. It was just Amazing! They both were Always responsive, helpful, and willing to answer any questions we had.
