Lakeside Medical Clinic

I had a great experience this morning at the urgent care clinic. I did arrive about 30 minutes before they opened and there was already a line but I was in a room at 20 after 8 and saw Dr. Tomas shortly after. He was thorough, helpful and kind and I did not feel like he was rushing at all. The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful. I can see the wait getting quite long due to no fault of their own (there are just a lot of people needing to see a doctor) but they do have a text message system once you're on the waitlist so you know when to return to the clinic should you choose to wait elsewhere.

Our favourite walk in clinic! We have been several times and have felt very well cared for every time, whether for health concerns for ourselves or for our toddler. The doctors have always been very comprehensive and friendly, and it doesn’t feel like as much of a “conveyor belt” as other clinics. The receptionists have always been very friendly, and it’s amazing you can leave but stay close to the clinic for them to call you. The waiting room is spacious which is great for families and keeping some personal space! They seem the most aware and thoughtful of patient experience - and it’s so appreciated, thank you!

So grateful to have a family doctor here, have seen many of the staff because (who is phenomenal!) is on leave and theyve all been great with my baby son and throughout both my pregnancies. When ive had to use walk-in services ive also always had good experiences. Thank you to lakeside medical
