I got to the Essex C.A.R.E. Institute and do physio and massage there for my frozen shouler. Jason is such an awesome attribute to your business as he advocates for his patients and works diligently with each patient. The ladies work hard and are super friendly as well, including the receptionists. Great place when you need their help. Thank you Jason and all the other staff there as well.

Absolutely thee best. I have been seeing Dr. Jason for almost 3 years now. When I don’t see him, I definitely feel the pain arise again. If you’re dealing with any type of pain, especially like mine, sciatica, I can assure you, you will find relief in your pain after seeing Dr. Jason. All the staff are amazing, especially the receptionist. A very kind, compassionate, respectful and caring office. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Everyone that I have met on this physiotherapy team is so kind, patient, understanding and friendly. They make you feel so welcome and at ease from the time you arrive to the time you leave. I look forward to my visits, not just for the recovery aspect but also because the bedside manner among this team is so caring that I always feel better after then I did before (they really earn and believe in their “c.a.r.e.” acronym). They are also great at coming up with exercises that are specific to your needs; I’m a server that is in physio for my neck and shoulder and today one of the physiotherapists, Clive, thought of exercises that would use the muscles I typically use and actions that I regularly perform. When I told him a weight felt different, balance-wise, from a plate in how I would hold it, he was clever enough to think of putting it in a box to lie flat. How can I know my limits if I don’t accurately test them? All of the staff always ask about not only how I’m doing health-wise but also how things are in your life and they seem genuinely interested in my responses. That’s too rare in any service related industries today and I applaud them each for setting such a great example of how we should all treat one another. I can’t recommend this team enough for your recovery needs.
