I had a wonderful experience at Lakeview Dental. Dr. Tsen was very kind and thorough during the examination, and Kristin did an excellent job with my teeth cleaning. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I'm really glad I found such a great dental clinic after moving to a new town!

Lakeview dental clinic provides exceptional service. I had some dental work that needed done before I had surgery in May, and they got me booked the next day in a cancelled appointment and were able to complete the work in one day. I had three fillings and a crown that were completed. The office staff is very welcoming and efficient and the dental staff and dentist ensure you are comfortable during the procedures and that you are getting what you need for your best dental health. I have been a client there for many years and really appreciate the care they have provided. They are up to date in their technology and their dental techniques and continue to excel in their work. They are the best!

Dr. Tsen and his staff have repeatedly demonstrated client centered provision of service by going out of their way to make me comfortable with every aspect of dental care that I have received from them. They have been flexible and responsive to dental and medical emergencies. They go out of their way to make themselves available in emergency situations while never denying anyone regularly scheduled their appointments in the course of day to day business. The services they have provided over the years have been of high quality. Their communication with clients is clear and detailed. I never question what they are doing because they've already explained procedures to me. They go out of their way to make what could be painful processes quite painless. Thank you! I truly appreciate the sensitivity and care this office showed me when I came into their office as my epilepsy medications ruined my enamel and all of my back teeth have fallen out and unsightly cavities are on the front teeth. One is even cracked. I was embarrassed at the poor condition of my mouth and everyone, from the reception desk to the dentist himself made a concerted effort to make me feel at ease and not ashamed. After x-rays and a thorough exam, the doctor decided I needed an oral surgeon who could do implants and dentures. I also had one tooth that had absolutely been KILLING me. It was actually just the root, but it felt like burning shards of hot glass and the root itself and the gum tissue around it was massively infected. The doctor took his break time and asked a couple of patients so he could take care of a dental emergency. Both said yes. Less than a half hour later, the utroublesome tooth root was gone and even through the anesthesia, I could feel a positive difference. I had no post-op pain, just sweet, sweet relief. Since the root was, in his words, spilling pus into my mouth, he also prescribed a strong antibiotic. I was just SO impressed. I really liked my former dentist, but he was too far of a drive and his costs (I looked around for comparison) were too high. Plus, his office manager was really quite rude, not only to me, but to my father when he called. She was really ALLLLL about the money.
