They could have better hours, especially on the weekends. Its 8pm on a Saturday night, and the gym and basketball court is closed. My 16 year old son just came home, disappointed he cant play ball or workout. Its important teens have somewhere safe, positive and structured to be especially on weekends, at this age, they can get caught up in other "activities". Please please please have better hours on the weekends.

Although this branch is closer to our home, I usually choose to drive to the Field House instead. The weight room could use more attention to cleanliness, as it often feels dusty, and many people wear outdoor shoes inside. The equipment is also limited and a bit outdated. With some improvements, this location could be much better.

We held a baby shower in the multipurpose room. A very good size for 40 to 50 people. The staff did a great job setting up tables and chairs. They promptly brought more tables when we had extra guests arrive. All the staff from the front reception to the gentlemen who did the clean up were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Kudos to all the staff! I would recommend this facility for small functions.

It’s such a nice place and my friends and I always come to swim after work. But I had an incident today about the leisure card and I didn’t like how the lady at the front desk dealt with the situation. Instead of calling me to the side, she just completely yelled “excuse me” rudely and started talking to me in a bad way about a misunderstanding of the card I had and I remained calm and told her what happened and she didn’t even try to apologize after trying to embarrass me infront of everyone because she thought I was using someone’s card or not paying . It’s nice to always approach a situation calmly if you don’t know what’s the issue
