I visited here today. I need some crowns but that's beside the point. I have to say these ladies were absolutely amazing! Jessie was trying to comfort me because my anxiety is crazy at the dentist office. She is such a sweetheart. Then Alondra was super nice and kept me company while waiting. We had great conversation. Sushmitha and Amelia were also great by telling me jokes and making me laugh. All of these ladies made me feel so much better. I'm so happy I picked this dentist office. I will be back and recommend people to go here ❤️

I had back to back visits the last couple of weeks for appointments and they were fantastic. The first appointment I had was deep clean and the Girl cant remember her name did an excellent job with walking me thru the steps on what she was doing and what exactly a deep cleaning was. She gave me some medicine to keep me calm from having anxiety and gave me some water and we had a hand code for me to to tell her to stop so I can calm down from the anxiety and we did some breathing techniques. The second visit was the same girl for my left side of my mouth deep clean and that time around it wasn't so bad like the first, the third and finally visit for awhile was with Dr.Roe and and Girl name started with an A cant remember her name either but she let me hold ur hand while dr. Roe did my fillings and they also kept me calm and relaxed and walked me thru each instrument and that time around it was definitely gone better than the first 2 appointments. I would highly recommend them even though people give bad reviews about them these type of people have gave me quite an awesome expirence and made me feel calmed and relaxed unlike any other dentist office I've been to.

I had an 8am appointment today. I got there 5 minutes early and was finally seen at 8:30am. My past few visits I’ve always had to wait awhile before being seen. When I was finally seen, they checked my mouth for cavities. Unprofessional remarks were made by the doctor and the dentist assistant. This is not the first time I’ve felt judged by the staff here. Today I came in for a cleaning, but the dentist assistant mentioned that they will not do a cleaning before I receive some fillings. She added “Especially with as many you have.” I had to schedule an appointment for my fillings, which I was told the earliest appointment is in January. I left feeling judged and feeling that my time was completely wasted. Also, my last couple of appointments were canceled by them and has made it tough for me to see a dentist consistently. If you could, make this place a last resort when looking for dental care.

Experience here was interesting for every visit. I'm the past three months every visit was all new employees, including the dentist. No organization, they have no clue about whether you have been there or not half the time, not even having the x-rays and records of you being there. Last time, I told me I didn't have an appointment that day for my daughter. I had gotten not only a text but a call also and had proof, But their system magically poofed my appointment, and this is not the first one I've overhead when I have been there happen like that. This place is a real mess. Good luck. On a good note, the pediatric dentist knows what he is doing, just the office people are in a mess.
