I was able to book an appointment very fast. I had a split nail extension that required urgent removal. I wanted to replace my extensions, but I was advised to be careful with this. She told me my nail bed was fragile. She could have proceeded to make money on this appointment, but she chose to advise me instead. My only observation was the messiness in the salon. It was a bit chaotic and not very relaxing. Lots of staff sat in seats close by on their phones. This could be a cultural thing (the messiness), and space in Mumbai could make it difficult for staff to have their own areas, so I'm being picky. Overall, I recommend this salon. The manicurist is very professional and excellent at her job.
