I visited LAMA today to buy a jacket, but the experience was disappointing. The place was extremely crowded, and the attendants were taking far too long to assist each customer. I stood unattended for quite a while before someone finally came to help, and it was clear that he was exhausted and fed up with his job. As for the clothing, the selection seemed more suited for teenagers or costume parties. There was nothing appropriate for a professional or office setting, which made the store feel a bit overhyped. While it might be a decent spot for women to browse and shop, especially for casual or trendy pieces, I couldn’t find anything practical. Overall, not worth the hype, especially if you're looking for something professional or well-made.

I bought a pair of shoes 3-4 months ago and today I just mentioned that at their store, unexpectedly they changed it without any argument which is actually very strange in our region. Amazing customer service.

Lama retail is a Chinese produced junk filled store. A little polished up temu stuff at best. Their sizes are too tight fitting and also the fabric is grossly unsuitable for our weather. It’s a waste of time and money brand. Would never visit them again.
