Very disappointing experience with Lambert Vet Supply. I ordered a product listed as a “Stone Small Animal 5/16" Tattoo Outfit with Ear Release.” The product description clearly stated that the outfit includes aluminum alloy pliers, digits (0–9), and 3 oz black tattoo ink, and the photos showed the complete kit. What I actually received was only a small portion of the items, not the outfit that was advertised. When I contacted customer service, they insisted it wasn’t their error and claimed I ordered something different, even though the SKU I purchased specifically states the pliers and ink are included in the outfit description. Instead of correcting the misleading listing or making it right, they told me I would have to pay out of pocket to return the item to get a refund. Charging customers return shipping for a product that does not match its own description is unacceptable. Between the misleading product listing and the unwillingness to resolve the issue fairly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with an online retailer. I would strongly recommend double-checking product descriptions before purchasing from this company, because if something is wrong, they will not take responsibility for it.

Have struggled with discounts and pricing previously with multiple calls. Most recent advertisement was free shipping over $29 for medications and would not show up in cart. Called to see what was going on and they said it should be over $49 and would not honor what was posted on the website. We are taking our business elsewhere.

The lady’s are very nice here only thing when delivering or picking up becareful cause the dock is tight and it’s off of a street
