I just had an excellent experience updating my will, POAs, Advance Directive/Living Will and creating a trust with John Montoya and his team. I'd moved to PA from another state and had to make significant changes to the existing docsl. John was very helpful in explaining different scenarios and implications for my agents and future beneficiaries, and was extremely well-organized with friendly reminders when I was pokey about returning information. I have strong opinions about advance directive/living will content and format based on experiences I had with relatives, and he was very supportive of my wishes to change the standard format to something I preferred while ensuring its legality. We first met online for my convenience, followed up with emails and had some quick phone calls when needed, and met in person for the wrap-up.
