Beware of the fish nazi. I went in with the sole intent of purchasing 2 goldfish and some dog supplies. We found the fish we wanted on our own. Went and found a worker to help us get the 2 fish out of the tank. I didn’t ask any questions and wasn’t looking for any fish advice. She proceeded to grill me for the next 20 mins on the size of my tank for my $0.29 fish. I assured her that I still wanted the fish and she went on and on. I don’t know if she was trying to upsell me on stuff or what. But I almost walked out without buying anything. I did end up purchasing my things, but next time I’ll drive the extra distance to the fish place in order to not be hassled about my $0.29 goldfish.

I would put 0 stars but it doesn’t allow . DO NOT ! use their grooming services for larger dogs with anxiety because they’ll lie to your face then later cancel your appointment without notice and refuse service for your dog because of one incident where the experience did not go smoothly!! We’ve been taking our dog for 4 years and thought he loved it there and they liked him but from what we just recently learned, their staff is not properly trained for dogs that have anxiety going to vets and getting groomed. If they don’t like your dog because they’re not as easy as the other dogs they will in their words, “Ban” your dog from their poor excuse for grooming services . Our dog’s nails always looked horrible and instead of telling us at the time of service that he doesn’t cooperate during trims they lied for years and told us our dog did great. We always paid for the nail service but had noticed a few times our dog’s nails were not trimmed and in one incident, cracked. Grooming Manager is also unreasonable. When on the phone to dispute this misunderstanding for canceling our appointment without notice and finding out he was banned when we called to reschedule , The manager made claims about our dog but didn’t have the proof in the reports they had on our dog to back it up .When questioned further on these reports , they raised their voice, became very snarky and abruptly hung up. Also, Something else to keep in mind for pet owners, Petsmart keeps reports on your pets without your knowledge and will refuse to print or send copies of these reports of your pet when you do find out they have reports and ask to see proof of said reports. But they’ll read them to you. That goes for Grooming and Petshotel .

This place is a joke. I paid for six weeks of training. One week was cancelled, one week the trainer told me they just wouldn’t be around for our next class and a third week, I was waiting in the store to find out that the trainer didn’t work there anymore and nobody bothered to call me. Several weeks later I was set up with a new trainer. Two weeks in, I once again was waiting in the store to find out that the trainer wasn’t there and once again, nobody bothered to call me. It was a complete waste of time, money and energy. The training was just someone following a workbook that clearly did not know what they were doing. I wouldn’t recommend their training to anyone and the manager that I spoke to (both times no trainer showed up) was completely unbothered and uninterested in even speaking to me. Save yourself the frustration and don’t bother!

Just like most PetSmart businesses or large pet suppliers. They seem to have many different products/items and different brands names to choose from as well. Staff was very talkative, friendly and helpful when called for assistance. I was greeted at the front door as I entered the business location. They also have a very large parking lot so you can leave your vehicles to enjoy your shopping experience.
