I recently went through a custody and relocation case, in which I worked with attorney Brittany Sumner. Through the entire process I felt like they (her assistant Stephanie as well) were on my team. Anytime, I had a question, or concerns they responded very quickly and with all the information I needed. My case ended up in trial, all due to my ex and the games he and his attorney played to waste both time and money. Although I didn't get the relocation granted (which is incredibly hard to get in Oregon), I did get sole legal and physical custody, and my ex did not get the parenting he was asking for. My primary focus was the custody and parenting, so that all worked out well for me. As a woman, it was great to work with, and be represented by, a team of empathetic, strong and intelligent women. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future should the need arise.
