Throughout the build, the project manager kept us informed on the status of construction. We appreciated the homeowner orientation before settlement and the regular photo updates from our sales manager, which allowed us to follow the progress of our new home. Worse company’s then I had previously build companies,many side corner’s drywall started separating and every where once we step cracking sounds produce,feel like old home,no proud that I purchased new home. I think cracking sounds is because they didn’t do enough nailing on the ply wood when they were placing on the floor,and no taping perfect or totally not on drywall,I have never seen before home.rather I should have to build my dream home with other companies,if someone thought about building home from landmark just do more research.
