Our house was old discolored aluminum siding. We had 6 double hung windows and two Doors replaced with Anderson and Energy Star rated doors, respectively. The siding is Hardie Plank in sage green with iron gray trim. It was all completed in four days, within the timeframe specified. The crews were so professional and focused each day. And so hardworking and polite. The crew leads communicated well with us all along the way. I’d highly recommend Landmark!!

We were extremely pleased with the entire process of having our roof replaced by Landmark in Severna Park, Md. We got four estimates for our roof replacement, and Landmark, specifically sales manager Marcus Perry, was the only company to actually inspect the roof structure from inside our attic. The estimate was not the least expensive, but we feel the money was well worth the attention to detail, the quality of the materials, and hard-working, skilled roof and gutter installers. We selected Fox Hollow Gray shingles -- not the most popular color, but the lightest available for our South-facing roof -- and it looks beautiful (Mr. Perry gladly gave us a list of homes in the area what had the same shingle installed by Landmark so we got a great preview.) From start to finish (great cleanup, too), we wholeheartedly recommend Landmark Roofing.
